Entering A Tournament:
Sign up on the www.stripesgamer.com  is FREE and must be completed prior to registering for a tournament. Once a member has signed up he/she can enter into the tournament. Each tournament will be identified by platform and title.
Signing Up:
Each member is required to sign up on the site to enter a tournament. To sign up you must go to the home page of www.stripesgamer.com and click “Register” by the login fields. Once you have followed the registration instructions you can proceed to the “Tournament” section of the site to enter the tournament of your choice.
Tournament Registration Dates:
Tournament sign up deadlines will be clearly posted and enforced. If you do not sign up by the registration deadline you will be ineligible to participate.

Prize Distribution:
Once the tournament nears the end to a sufficient point at which StripesGAMER.com staff can determine who the top players of the tournament are, StripesGAMER.com staff will send those players an email requesting their name and where they would like for their prize to be delivered.  Players will have one week to get that information to StripesGAMER.com staff.

Seven days after the completion of the tournament, prizes will be processed for the players who have sent in their mailing information.  If a player sends their mailing information after the seven days, that player will have to wait until the next prize mail out period of the following StripesGAMER.com tournament. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for prize delivery.

If StripesGAMER.com does not receive any mailing information of a winning player within 30 days of that tournament's completion, that player's prize will be null and void and will NOT be mailed.

General Rules:
1. By entering the Tournament, members accept and agree to these Tournament Rules and supplemental rules, and agree to our web site's Terms of Use. Contestants are responsible for meeting Tournament requirements and deadlines.
2. Members not meeting the rules and guidelines of the game will be denied participation in the Tournament and the award of any prizes. Any participant not meeting the StripesGamer guidelines of the game or found to have fraudulently entered this Tournament and will be disqualified.
3. Incomplete, inconsistent or otherwise erroneous registrations will be deleted with no notice to the sender.
4. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to disqualify any contestant that we determine: tampered with the entry process, the operation of the Tournament or our website; or to be acting in violation of the Tournament Rules or Terms of Use.
5. Neither we nor our Sponsors are responsible for errors or omissions of any kind - whether mechanical, human or electronic - attributable to causes not under our or our Sponsor's reasonable control.
6. Participating members will be paired up by StripesGamer Tournament Software and will be eliminated through competitive play single elimination game play. After each match, the winner will progress to the next round until a final winner is determined.
7. We reserve the right to disqualify any player from participation in competition at any level, at any time for any reason which would be in violation of StripesGamer.com Rules and Terms of Use.

8. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend this Tournament in its entirety or in part should any tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
9. We reserve the right to modify the Tournament Rules to protect the Tournament, promote fairness, to prevent interference or unfairness, and to comply with applicable laws.
10. Use common sense! You are responsible for your actions. Respect the other contestants in the Tournament. Please do not engage in risky, dangerous, improper or illegal behavior when participating in the Tournament as it will be a detriment to your personal well being as well as threatening of your status for advancement.

Who Is Eligible:
1. Registered members of StripesGAMER.com.
2. One (1) entry per person within the same tournament.
3. If an eligible minor wins a prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian.

REFS:
Refs will NOT be used during tournament play. If a problem should arise, each captain is expected to resolve the issue between themselves.  Should the need for a StripesGamer.com admin occur, please have ALL evidence available (Screen shots, Video Captures, IM discussion etc)  for the time of review. The Admin’s ruling will be FINAL and undisputable.

Admin Behavior:
We expect all Admin to act in a mature and professional way.
 
As an Admin, if they are found to be behaving in an unprofessional manner in any way, they will be reprimanded. We want our staff to have a reputation as being mature, friendly, and helpful people.

Tournament Guidelines:
All tournament registrations and signups will be posted on our web site at www.stripesgamer.com  and will close immediately after 11:59:59 P.M. est, on the last day of registration. The Official StripesGamer.com Tournament will consist of single round elimination and commence upon full team registration. StripesGamer.com reserves the right to suspend or reschedule the match dates upon filling the complete tournament bracket.

Match Scheduling:
Dates to complete each round of play will be established and announced on the site not later than the creation of seeding brackets.  Teams will be given a range of dates or an end date by which the round of play must be completed.  StripesGAMER.com reserves the right to modify any or all match play date requirements to accommodate unique, specific or general circumstances that may arise with particular players or teams during the course of the event and shall do so at their sole discretion.  By entering the event you are agreeing to support these (unforeseen and unplanned) actions and are agreeing to remain flexible and responsive to any changes the event administrators initiate in the spirit of delivering a fair, impartial and quality event.

No Shows:
It is the players responsibility to make sure they are present and ready to go. You will have a check in period and then a 10 minute grace period to contact the other member and then ready up in the room. If you drop, can't make it or something comes up - you will need to contact the other player and a StripesGamer.com Admin with the details as to why you had to cancel.

Lag:
"Lag" as everyone knows is impossible to control. If a match becomes "Laggy" then the teams must adjust tactics to
overcome the situation or agree to switch servers.

Cheating:
You agree to use the StripesGamer.com website in a manner that is consistent with the expressed wishes of the owners of StripesGamer.com stated above and the Terms of Use herein. Any attempt to cheat, gain multiple accounts through illicit means, or defraud StripesGamer.com in ANY MANNER will result in immediate termination of all accounts you have opened, and may result in a ban of the IP address used to open said accounts. Cheating includes, but is not limited to: using automated account creation or log-in tools (i.e. "bots"), exploiting a bug or loop-hole without bringing it to the attention of StripesGamer.com administrators, attempting to hack into any StripesGamer.com server.

You agree that the interpretation of the word "cheating" is entirely up to the administrators of StripesGamer.com and may change at any time, in order to improve the experience of all users.

Disputes:
1. Any disputes originating from a tournament match must be presented to a StripesGamer.com Admin and you should have adequate proof that unacceptable game play has occurred.
2. Any dispute must be filed with a StripesGamer.com Admin (3) hours of the match you are disputing. Any claims filed after this time period will become null and void.
3. When filing your dispute make sure and include the following and email them to a StripesGamer.com Admin:
a. Tournament type.
b. Round of play.
c. Complete names of both Teams involved.
d. Details of your dispute, proof of claim and specific information.
e. StripesGamer.com admin will review the dispute and all information submitted.
f. StripesGamer.com admin reserves the right to make the final decision for all disputed matches and our judgment is non-negotiable.

Winner Selection:
1. The odds of winning are dependent on the final number of eligible members accepted to play in this Tournament. These odds will not to exceed 1 in 128.
2. Winners will be notified by email within 7 working days after the final match. If a winner is unreachable or does not make direct contact with us within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
3. All winners will be required to verify a mailing address for prize delivery within fourteen (14)days of notification or prize will be forfeited. Neither we nor our Sponsor nor our agents and representatives are responsible for late, lost or misdirected notifications.
4. No cash substitutions for merchandise prizes will be permitted at any time. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable except at our sole discretion.
5. Return of any prize or notification of winning a prize as undeliverable for any reason will result in loss of the prize.
6. StripesGAMER.com is not responsible for prizes that are lost, late or damaged in shipment
7. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Allocation Of Risk:
Neither Stripesgamer.com  nor Sponsor(s) are responsible for errors or omissions of any kind with respect to the Promotion - whether mechanical, human or electronic - attributable to causes not under our or our Sponsor's reasonable control. Neither we nor Sponsor are responsible for failures of computer or network transmission, hardware or software, data corruption or software incompatibilities. By competing in the Tournament, you accept its foreseeable risks (e.g., miscommunication, lost data, wrongful acts of third parties, network failure, etc.).
